There's a popular Georgetown campground, Berry Springs RV Park, located about 40 miles south of Killeen. Here, RVers can reserve sites designed specifically for oversized rigs and slide-outs. The park has spectacular Hill Country views and is shaded by 200-year-old oak trees. On-site, Lake Georgetown is stocked with different types of bass, catfish, crappie, and sunfish.
